I can say that whenever I put in a ticket for my apartment the response time is within the same day or the next . Even outside making sure the property is clean and kept up .”

“We have lived at Plaza Square for over 3 years and we can't express how much we love it here. Melissa Payton and her great staff have weathered a difficult renovation period with professionalism and great care. The place is gorgeous and the amenities are plentiful The spacious apartments have been beautifully renovated and these same apartments in NY or LA would command 200% more the leasing rate we pay here. The is a great sense of community and a great feeling of safety. The beautiful pool to the great gym, the lounge to the concierge are all high end and maintained impeccably.
