I just want to say that my experience with the daytime manager (Thursdays), I believe his name was Louis and each of the staff members including Alex, were a great help to me while I had a seized front caliper and had to purchase/borrow the tools and parts necessary for me to fix it on a nasty, cold, rainy day in a random parking lot. They were very helpful and it is much appreciated. Thanks guys!

Just walked into Autozone to have the battery tested and the sales person said āI have the kit to test the battery but I canāt help you because itās dark outsideā. So, Autozone, is this true? Do you offer free testing only when itās light outside? Why have hours past dark? Funny enough, the Advance Auto Parts store directly across the street was able to help us no problemāeven in the dark. The good news is now we know which company weāll be choosing for our auto needs.

The store manager today had no idea where his delivery was that was going to the auto repair facility down the road. He claimed it was out for delivery and it never left the building. Seems like they aren't able to find someone to manage the store..... What a mess this caused! Double-check when ordering parts from this location that the order is truly on the way. This set us back an entire day.

Went there yesterday, one employee had no knowledge about cars. Second person(manager maybe) also clueless. Didnāt waste time explaining parts to them and went across the street to the Advance store and the young guy got it right away. Unfortunate.

I bought a bacteria and they checked that it had a guarantee when I took it, they told me that not that manager who provides bad service, I am a loyal customer but James bought it and the person who bought it made sure of their guarantee. If I could have given it - 0 Star I would give it only for the manager
