  Terrible office and the landlord lady is extremely rude. I would give zero stars if possible. Overall, it's obvious that they do not care about tenants, especially their younger renters. You could do much better.

  They do not take proper care of their properties. Mice in the house, renting out the downstairs to neighbors who do not take care of their apartment and do not clean. Every time I call the office to complain about something wrong with my rental, I feel like I am putting them at an inconvenience. Staff is not the friendliest. I cannot wait until the lease is up.
