Something that was supposed to take three days 26 Later, haven't got a phone call. Haven't got an email no one's picking up the phone. I've been calling for days days. No one picks up the phone. This week it's ridiculous, 3 days and I'm going on a 27th day. Wow. How do these people keep their jobs? Back to square one 8 months they have not close the account that place needs to close for good I'm running around for paperwork that's not going into the system

The ATM outside almost never works, especially on Saturdays and Sundays when the bank is closed as there is no access to the ATM inside.

I am extremely disappointed as a loyal chase member for a few years now. I have never experience this level of disrespect and carelessness towards customers at any location prior to this. I had booked multiple appointments, both times my time has not been valued as they simply don't show up or push back your meeting time. I'd really like to see something come from all of the negative experiences at this location as it is not representative of Chase as a whole. I hope they can improve their customer service as this was extremely disappointing and unpleasant for me.

Extremely disappointing experience and careless staff. We made an appointment to open a business bank account online. After showing up for this meeting it was obvious they were not prepared, and they promoted us to schedule a new appointment. We scheduled our new appointment in person with the bank teller. After showing up today for the appointment the bank teller left to “re park her car” and disappeared. After 40 minutes of waiting we left. Everyone else at this chase bank was very kind except for this one unprofessional bank teller who needs a performance check from her manager. Do not go here they will waste your time.

Incredible! One goes to the ATM to withdraw money and cannot find parking. That chase is located in a bad spot because there are no parking spaces, and if you park on the sidewalks of the street, the one you give fines to crosses and you get a fine.It is definitely the worst point for a bank. All banks need their own parking.

I am currently a Chase customer for over 9 years i wanted to open a business account but i had to make an appointment i went in the branch spoke to the customer service rep Diane Strader about leaving my documents with her because the process to open is a little over an hour - I said to her i dont have the time to sit here mind you i explained to her i have a few accounts at Chase if we can atleast try to open the account over the phone .. she looked at me with such disgust like i was a peasant I went with a co worker and felt so humiliated .. Moving forward i will take my money else where . Chase Bank needs to better treating minority Ive never had any issues with any of the ladies working in the George street office in New Brunswick .

the best at everything, they are so kind and caring... the manager is so nice and helpfull, she will help you with anything you need, they always have a solution for any problem that you have...
