“Hello! I have to say 2 things about my recent purchase. One, the pants are amazing; I almost started crying when my daughter tried them on. Perfect fit, perfect look, perfect everything. Two, the team members at the East Brunswick, NJ location are absoluelty phenomenal! Kira helped me and my daughter so much! We had so much trouble trying to find this style of pants anywhere. Amazon had failed us, google failed us, even the online store failed us, but Kira made it happen! She found us the correct style and ordered us the size that seemed best. She made appropriate suggestions about what exactly to order and she nailed it on the head! I even went to the Freehold store and did not recieve the same amount of care and attention that Kira gave me (although they did come close). Then when we went to pick up the pants, Adam was like an angel sent to help us! He was everything that makes the East Brunswick store our favoritw store. Warm, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! EB is always our go to Hot Topic, and these 2 employees really drove the matter home for us it is our favorite place to shop! Thank you Kira and Adam!

The end product was so beautiful, fit properly - just had to add some hooks to lehenga, which tailor came to shop to help. I’m very picky and this was exactly what I envisioned.”

“Love to shop here anytime, great variety and colorful collection make me go again and again. I found the beach wear/summer wear at flexible/reasonable prices after checking in multiple other stores. Even the accessories here are beautiful. Left a star because of two things. One, after two washes the cloth is becoming like dried leafy vegetables and dull and two, they are selling kinder joy at billing counter which they are charging $5, actual price is not even $2 at grocery stores. Kids obviously do tantrums for chocolates at billing counters and they are making it cash.”

“After a previous disappointing experience in this store, I was hesitant to go back, but I'm glad I did because I met an outstanding associate, Gabryella, who brightened my day. I was looking to try on a dress I saw online that was supposed to be in the store, but it turned out the store didn't have it. Gabryella found similar dresses and suggested I try them on to determine my size. I was pleasantly surprised that I actually needed an XS rather than a S or M. Thanks to Gabryella, I ordered two dresses instead of one and had a wonderful experience. She is kind, helpful, patient and does her job with a smile! She is truly a gem and deserves to be promoted.”
“Anna is the definition of customer service! She helped me find a jersey that I needed and went out of her way to see if a different Urban Outfitters had it in their store. I ended up driving to the other Urban and picking up the jersey which probably would have been sold out there unless Anna hadn’t called them to keep on hold for me. Once I approved the logo and mockup (first time, by the way), embroidered the golf shirts. Was so easy and fast, but more importantly, no back/forth with questions and endless nonsense. The end product was perfect. Very pleased with the quality of the stitching and exact colors matching my company logo. Very pleased with the excellent personal service and the end result (great looking logo shirts) plus what a pleasant experience dealing with Lisa. I’ll be back for all my embroidered needs!”
