Just left Walgreens on Jersey Ave New Brunswick. First time going there to send a package using FedEx. I asked a man who was by Fed Ex counter if he could help us with returning a package. Immediately he appeared annoyed and hesitant in answering our questions. He shoved a roll of tape on the counter saying here you have to tape the label. He said I needed a Q Code. I showed him what Company sent me and he said no is a Q Code. I asked how to get it and he looked at his phone and showed me the type of code. I asked how to get it and he said something not clear and walked away. I looked at him as he walked away and I said I guess you not going to help. I should leave since you are not going to help me. In an annoying matter he said you need the Q Cod cannot help you. I said that’s how you assist a customer with that attitude. As I walked out the security asked what happen and I told him how disrespectful and rude the employee was and that I will report this to Fed Ex. This employee needs to learn how to communicate better with customers

Very fast and friendly.The manager took me out of a long line to scan the package at the photo counter. It's a new kind of label, which neither of us were familiar with, but he scanned it and assured me the driver would come pick it up.
