“This boathouse was donated by the Rutgers Class of 1914 who included some illustrious alumni including an investment banker, professor, senator and couple of congressmen. They were all great patriots and lovers of the Raritan River. Due to pollution upstream fishing and swimming were prohibited however boating and rowing was permitted. The boathouse has been restored and is in use now. It used to be in bad shape many years ago when New Brunswick used to be very run down.”

“Good gym for students and staff to workout and have recreational time in. The facility has an indoor rock climbing area, wrestling/training room/underground fitness center, and a large gym in the back. Bathrooms and showers are usually clean and work, only negative thing is there are usually a lot of people using the facility and its very hot inside!”

“I’ve been coming here with my husband for the past three years, and we always look forward to boxing with Justin and cycling with Crystal! Crystal’s classes are especially motivating, and her energy makes every workout enjoyable.

One of the things I love most about this gym is the friendly and encouraging staff, they always make you feel welcome. The facilities are consistently well maintained, including the pool, saunas, and locker rooms, which are always clean.

It’s also incredibly convenient to stop by after work at the hospital. Overall, it’s been a great place to stay active, and I highly recommend it!”
