“As the executor of my parent's estates, I ended up with the task of selling the house they built in Bridgewater in 1968 and lived in until their deaths. Like many old folks, they stopped taking good care of the property some years ago. Johanna and Sandy made a great team; Johanna had a lot of conviction we could list and sell the house for $100k more than 2 other experienced brokers estimated (we sold it at less than a 3% discount to list price) and Sandy helped me get the house ready to list by bringing in a great handyman, an electrical firm to help us close an open permit, a well water inspector, and several contractors to repair or replace a number of things that were not working properly.
