Stopped into Red Wing in North Brunswick to get work boots with a work certificate and had the best experience I’ve ever had buying boots. Javier and Drew helped me out and worked together the whole time. They brought out different styles, made sure everything was within my budget, and walked me through the lightweight options since I needed no-puncture steel toes. They made me feel taken care of, not rushed. Super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Honestly the best customer service I’ve had in any store. Highly recommend this location and especially Javier and Drew.

One of the best sales experiences I've had. Was thoroughly explained my options, shown them and able to get a custom fit with a new style, 5th time consecutively buying red wing and will be back a 6th
Coming from a business owner, redwing is lucky to have such great staff selling products for them.

I came to Red Wing Shoes to return a pair of boots I had purchased online that turned out to be extremely uncomfortable. Zach was incredibly helpful — he took the time to properly measure my feet, explain the details, and recommend the right pair that actually fit my foot perfectly. His recommendations were spot on, and he made sure my return was handled smoothly. He truly went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality work or safety boots.

The gentleman was very patient and informative. He was helpful in finding the right size shoe for the mens section. The women’s section didn’t have enough choices in my size and he offered to try the mens shoe. It worked and the shoe fits fine.

Went in today to buy boots with a store credit gift card from my work. Both salesman were very helpful and helped me pick a boot in that price range. Would definitely recommend this place to buy boots!

Visited the store today for a pair of work boots. Excellent experience! Keith spent a great deal of time with me trying out shoes in different sizes and widths. Javier spent time with me getting my size ironed out using their digital system to map my foot.Thanks for spending so much time with me and earning a new customer!

Excellent service. The selection of supremely high-quality footwear, with exceptional warranty and extended service options, is unparalleled in any other brand-name retail location. David, in particular, was extremely helpful, and helped me try on dozens of different pairs of boots in several various sizes, ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, before I found the ideal fit. He was never annoyed by my pickiness, even after I came back and did it all over again with a return of the boots I bought the first time. It was super pleasant to have someone knowledgeable, like David, cater to my needs and help me till the very end. Huge shout out to Red Wing and David for their superior quality AND customer service. I need top-of-the-line boots for my job, and I will definitely be back here to get good maintenance products, re-soleing services, and leading quality footwear in the future.
