Quiet and clean, very accessible, bathroom on 2nd floor is very clean

One of the older buildings at Rutgers. It is handicap accessible. The bathrooms are subpar. The heating/cooling is never consistent. There could be a better job done retrofitting this building.

Scott Hall was fine. It's easy to find and there are signs. I just wish the building is more visible so that incoming students can see the building name on each building.
