Dianne did a wonderful job cutting my hair. I have very thick hair that stylists typically have trouble working with, but Dianne did it with ease all the while keeping up entertaining conversation. My hair looks exactly like the reference photos— and she kept to the length that I wanted! She even styled my hair exactly how I asked, I am very pleased and will be coming back.

Marybeth is such a great stylist!She always does a wonderful job from color to cut and blow dry.It must look good I never gotten so many nice compliments as I do from my husband.My appointments are so workable also.The staff along with Alicia who shampoo's my hair is very awesome!!!!

This is my new go-to salon. I am absolutely obsessed with my haircut!! I found Jen through Instagram and I loved her style of work. I was a bit nervous going to a new salon, as I hadn’t touched my hair in years since most salons I’ve been to have left me with a haircut I didn’t exactly want, but Jen listened to everything I wanted and gave me a haircut I absolutely love. She is also incredibly kind, as well as the other stylists at the salon. I had a wonderful experience at sparks :)

Had an awful experience.. Jen was nice don’t get me wrong she was very easy to talk to but my layers are a choppy mess and when she was parting my hair I could tell she did not really know what she was doing. Also with my blowout I felt like she didn’t know what she was doing I have fine hair but not extremely fine so I can understand it may be different to work with but it was not smoothed at all and I went home and restyled the entire thing myself. Not to mention I asked for a light fringe like a sabrina carpenter bang and I got a choppy mess like it’s all uneven and I paid 90$ for it

I’ve been coming here for a year- let me just say Kelsey and diane are amazing!! The best and have always done me so well. Will never go anywhere else, and absolutely love the amount of time they put into there work!

First time customer. My friend recommended this place to me. I was really excited & they were nice enough to take me on the same day which I really really appreciate. They booked me with Kelsey who is a beginner but I was completely oblivious to that information. When she washed my hair she didn’t really scratch the scalp like a deep thorough wash. I asked if she could scratch my scalp she did another round of washing but didn’t do much.
When she took me to her station I was still excited because I showed her a picture of the style I was looking for. MIND YOU I TOOK THIS PICTURE FROM SPARKS WEBSITE. She made me feel comfortable and I felt like she knew what she was doing again I was still excited… then… First red flag was when I noticed she was struggling parting my hair & she kept doing really small sections!! 2.. the round brush she used wasn’t even the right one. I wanted to call it out from the moment I noticed but I really didn’t want to offend her or make her upset so I kept quiet and let her keep going. I have face framing and long layers, she didn’t even know how to style my face frames :,) When she was telling me that she was almost done & When i took a quick glance at the mirror I couldn’t hide what I was feeling anymore so I STARTED CRYING. It was so bad there was no way we were going to be almost done I thought to myself .. like she’s not gonna actually let me leave like this right? RIGHT?! 2 other hair stylists had to jump in and help her. I get she’s learning but I wish I knew what I was in for. Diane made my hair look a lot better it wasn’t 100% what I wanted but It was way better than it was before. When it was time to pay they were trying to charge me $75 😭😭 after all the trauma I went through and I asked the receptionist if she can At least give me a discount I ended up paying $50 . Don’t get me wrong staff was nice place was clean but It just didn’t leave a good impression on me especially for a first time guest . I want to give this place another shot … but definitely with another stylist who knows what she’s doing
