The regular staff I interact with are pleasent and great, very polite and understanding most of the time! But prices, mistakes made in the orders that necessitate it being remade and a few negative interactions and company policies, I do not recommend ordering here.

Horrible experience at this Starbucks location. Attempted to order, but was unable to do so as the cashier - Daniel- was more interested in conversing than take customer orders. I literally waited in line for over 10 minutes and nothing. Not even an acknowledgment was made by Daniel that I was online attempting to order. I guess hearing the gossip was more important.I get it, Starbucks attempts to create a welcoming environment but do it in a way that keeps the flow going. Not stand there and gossip while you see customers online.Unacceptable !

Staff is good but they are constantly out of regular menu items and it’s like that for weeks. They always tell me when don’t have an item.

I waited for more than 20 minutes but they didn't process my order. I don't know why. I've never seen Starbucks like this.

From time to time i am at this location for work. Mid shift between 2-8pm give Starbucks a bad name , out of 10 orders i have received 8 of them inconsistent and incorrect. They are always out of something. I have constantly received incorrect orders and dude to time, going to another location or having them remake the coffee or order is not an option and for the money spent, things should be done correctly. I have seen staff rude with other customers (not me) which is strange because most people who come there are employees, you would think that the owner of this location would push the motive to their employees about the workplace relationship here.

Great Service , the breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Even though it is located in a hospital, it still has a nice ambiance.

Do not waste your time going there , i was not let in by one of the front desk security people ( a certain blond in uniform) she said the coffee shop is only for : Employees, Patients, and patient visitors , this happened on 01/03/24 at 17:00

Nothing particularly bad about this location. I work in RWJ and have pledged to boycott StarBucks in it's entirety, from the position they took against Palestine. ✊️

I work at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital and I am very frustrated with this store. It is very upsetting when I am constantly receiving an attitude because i ask for my drinks to be made over. Today i ordered an Ice Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and it was not made correctly. I mentioned to the barista my drink was not made correctly and she said "oh" and did not ask if i wanted another drink or offered to make it over. I then asked another barista to make it for me and she did a wonderful job . Every barista should know how to make drinks correctly. it is so bad to the point i only go if it is someone i feel confident in to make my drinks. please train baristas here to make drink correctly and follow customer service protocol. The first image was made incorrectly and the second is made correctly . This is unacceptable!!!!!!!
