Super slow service takes forever to get called. They also close the drive thru 30 minutes before so you have to go inside. Horrible service

Americas most INconvenient bank. understaffed and employees go on break 30 minutes before closing. If you need anything more than an ATM, don’t bother, it will take hours.

The most inconvenient and ridicules bank!!! Almost every time I visit this branch I have to wait 1-2 hours in line! They have many customers but only one or at most two bankers work. They should increase their bankers. I’m sure they’re well aware of these insane queue but I’m not sure why they don’t hire new bankers. In the past (several years ago) I remember they had more bankers working at the same time but now it’s just one or two working at the same time!

Today's no one has attended even after an hour. Very bad service .Check in service is not good .If you number 5 , it will take 1hr and 10 mins to get your turn.

This branch is the opposite of their caption making it the most inconvenient bank. There is always a wait and can see only 2 bankers serving all customers. Visiting this branch is not worth the time.

Super convenient location with ample parking in what is always a busy area.The customer service at this location matches that of calling them. Disappointed is an understatement.Thank you Sebastian for reminding me of why this is not primary bank. Customers should never feel as if they are an intrusion on your day!Convenience doesn’t always mean great.

Poorly staffed. Bunch of dudes at desks twiddling their thumbs while there’s only one teller to attend to a line of 10+ customers at the average speed of 20 minutes per one. Yes, if there are 3 people in line in front of you, you will wait 1 hour.
