I got a shipping label from eBay I was told by USPS that I could print out the label at the store I ask for it to be printed im denied I had to refund when I already payed for postage from ebay and I had to refund and pay 26 dollars out of my own wallet horrible store

Terrible customer service (Bratt), a bad-tempered unfriendly guy who doesn't help at all and is also slow!!! Terrible service, they should supervise people like this

Always trying to go there every day to get stamps and a cardboard box for a perfume package for a customer I get out of work at 3:30pm I get home around four and in the weekends I’m always so busy with family and work. They should keep it open for another few hours. I would go to a different poster office but it’s way too far away from walking distance. This is the nearest one to me.

Worst place to take your business to they dot. Even take your package even though you already have the label and everything they just don’t take it cause the employees feel like he don’t have to take your package worst place to go don’t recommend to anyone.

Clerk 14 very rude making customers nervous asking how much money in cash she gave him even though he needs to count and told her how much was the total and she really didn’t speak English and look back like some one please help Smfh

Very rude staff (in person and over the phone) at the 333 Handy Street location. I tried calling several times to get info on a package. Once someone finally decided to answer, she only answered part of my question, then hung up. I immediately called back, and she would not pick up the phone.

They need to update their hours on Google. The listing said they were open Sundays so I drove an hour to get an important package shipped only to find a note on the door with "new hours as of 2017."

I have been choose a primary mail for 1-2 day delivery and paid 8 dollar plus tax. But my mail arrived to the address after 7 days :D I e-mailed to the USPS about it but they did not return. Even the standard mail is arriving to the address 7-10 days and price is .80 cent plus tax :D Perfect
