We went to take passport pictures. Very nice young lady assisted us. Pictures were a bit pricey, but it was late, and we needed them.

I want to give a shout out to Walgreens at Handy St and Jersey Ave in New Brunswick for the great service they provided to me a couple of days ago. I was short of money but needed some dental floss badly, I was tired from my daily walking but as I was passing by the store I decided to walk in and grab that pretty much needed dental floss. The store is very well organized and they're always tidying the shelves in real time. So, I had no problem getting to the right shelf where dental floss is. They were many options, one was 54 yds $1.49, the next was 54 yds $1.99. I had $2 in my pocket, so I said oh! I'll take this one. At the cashier, the attendant voiced two-o-six. As I initiated my walk down the aisle, he said: no, no I'll take the 2 only. That's psychology. It appears the guy could read my face and knew I was tired and short of cash. That my friends is excellent service!

The last two times I’ve placed online photo orders for delivery, they just never ship. Both times (months apart) I’ve had to call customer service 2-3 times and have the order resubmitted. I’m assuming this is through Walgreen New Brunswick because that’s the closest store near me and they said on the phone that it ships from the store. Before I moved here, I ordered photos online for delivery and they came in 3-4 days each time. I’ve now had to wait over a month for 10 photos and this time I’m at 10 days and still don’t have the four photos I ordered. I will no longer use Walgreens for my photo printing.

Great store but do not buy the litter for cats also do not buy make up it’s too expensive $13 for a really tiny box of litter I can go somewhere else and tell you because about five dollars for something tiny $10 for something large really $13 it’s not even that big it must be really good or else I’m not going there again for litter!

You try to get vaccinated but find yourself in a place that only encourages social distancing on sign boards but not in practice. You enter this Walgreens that looks almost it just had a fire drill session, looking at how empty it looks. Then as you head to the pharmacist area, the scene completely changes and you feel you are in the middle of Asbury Park.We got here for a booster shot appointment at 5:30 and the busy pharmacists attended to us, got the paperwork completed and got us in for the shot at 6:20. Must commend that the pharmacists Bethezdia and Christine do a thorough job in checking the timings of the first two shots and the booster shot and if they were FDA approved if taken outside of the US. But they are probably understaffed for the kind of crowd they get.Pharmacies are no more just drugs selling and vaccination doing places now and are like Walmart and Target selling everything under the sun. You get everything here except for fruits and vegetables. PS- They had free Government provided N95 masks that were kept near the entrance area as freebies.

This is the worst pharmacy experience. I am standing in the "patient room" right now as I write this review. Came in for my younger son's first vaccine. Appointment was for 2:15pm, I showed up 10 mins early as I did with my other appointments, (which were at RiteAid) and have been waiting for the pharmacist to administer the vaccine for an hour! But the delays started with the check-in process. When the other pharmacy assistants kept ignoring us, taking their time to check us in, despite standing in line, at the front of the line. Then after they checked us in, they asked us to go sit down and wait until the paperwork is ready, which took another 30 mins. Then once we filled out the paperwork, it took another 20 minutes for them to ask us to go to the "patient room". Then the pharmacist walks in, looks at my 10 year old sons arm and says, I need a longer needle (says this out loud), which scares my son, and walks out, and comes back in to administer the vaccine. Over an hour past appointment time to actually get the vaccine. Terrible!!! Slow service is an understatement. I am going to try another location for an appointment or maybe with RiteAid.

I went to get a passport size photo clicked. The photo came out very blurry. The lightning is very dull inside and I couldn’t tell the difference. They also were not able to adjust the size of the photo to my requirements. Had to go to another store to get the right one.

Spent over 30 minutes attempting to print out photos, to no avail. Tried both print out stations. Both computer stations continued to freeze and exit out of everything i was doing. Was sooooo frustrating that I just left. And employees at the photo department litterally saw me struggling, going from computer to computer trying to get it done with and print out my photos, yet no one offered a helping hand. Never attempting to get my photos printed out there again. Big waste of my time.
