The worst pharmacy I have ever used. They will look for any excuse to refuse to fill a prescription. If insurance didn’t force me to use Walgreens I would go literally anywhere else.

If my insurance didn't force me to come here I would never come here. Wait times are egregiously long and no one ever works the second register to speed up the process.

My experience with this pharmacy is great, I have been coming here since 2015 and all the staff have been helpful. If, any of the staff can't answer my questions they refer to someone who can. Whenever, there's an issue they work hard to fix it. When they are busy you have to be patient and they will continue to help you. I will continue to come to this pharmacy because there's no reason not too! Thanks to all the staff you have all been great to me and I am happy to be alive❤️

This Walgreens experience is very typical of other local locations. It's not necessarily phenomenal, nor is it poor. Expectations are par for the course.

The Pharmacist Technician I spoke to yesterday told me they will order the ingredients for today, when i call just now i was told by a rude Techician with very little patience that the ingredients will not come until the next 2 days. I ask her if the supplier have it in stock, she kept saying she don't know, she's is reading of the notes that was left on the baby chart. I tried explaining that I don't want to wait for another two days I need that medicine like yesterday, so I didn't want to wait again to be told something else, so just please let me know if the ingredients in stock. All I get is I have to wait for the delivery to know. I wasn't satisfied how she dealt with it. The one i spoke with yesterday was very polite and easy to talk to, compared to the other one just now. I felt like she couldn't be bother with me. Wish Walgreen would do something about this person. If it was for the compounding I would never use this pharmacy.

It's always an issue there. They are not transparent with their customers. I have been on a certain medication for a year, and it does not go through the insurance. Every time I go for the meds, it's not prepared because they try to put it through the insurance. The only good and respectful person there is the Caucasian male pharmacist a bit on the heavy side, he is very helpful.

I have had nothing but excellent service from all the pharmacists at the RWJ location. There are very few places that will compound medicine in the area, and those that do their compounds keep for half the time and they don't accept insurance. It is worth the drive to get these Rx filled at this location. And with up to 1 hr free parking in the deck, it's not as much of a hassle as you might think. The customer service is great, too. The staff is usually extremely helpful and I just had to post and show my appreciation. Pharmacy work can be a thankless job, especially when you are medically trained and working a retail job.

JENNIFER IN PHARMACY told me on 5/13/22. She could transfer my chemo meds from CVS, to WALGREENS because I had a med there also, and deliver them all together by tomorrow which is now today, 5/14./22. I called today to ask what time I can expect them. JENNIFER said she never told me Saturday. She told me Monday and one had to be ordered. SHE LIED TO ME. and would not admit to what she initially told me. Now I'm sure WALGREENS can find better people who can admit their wrongs, instead of blatantly telling lies to sick cancer patients. I'm not looking for sympathy, just honesty and my Medications.
