Went to this branch to open an account and was told they weren’t opening accounts today because they were short staffed, meanwhile there was a banker at a desk doing nothing. That was my first experience with this bank and it was a negative one. Another bank now has my business. Bad example of customer service!!

DO NOT reply to the email scammers who are responding to these posts. They emailed me — and then asked for my address and phone to “verify” my review. I’ve reported them to Wells Fargo.This bank racially profiled me. I finally got a letter of apology (which is unheard of in the banking industry) after a friend of mine told a VP at Wells Fargo what happened to me. I have switched to Fidelity’s cash management account. No ATM, overdraft, or check fees. Much better experience.

This is third time now I've had to cancel my card, change my pin and dispute several ATM transactions on my checking and savings account. Each of these times the card was in my possession. And 90% of the tellers tried to claim it must be my boyfriend stealing my money or listed off a number of reasons it has to be MY fault that their bank has security issues. I went into the bank and the teller laughed in my face and asked me why I was so serious. Maybe because hundreds of dollars were being stolen from me? The second claim didn't go through and they tried to say there were no fraudulent indicators. I had to call again and scream for ten minutes until they reopened the claim and realized the first teller made a mistake and that's why it was denied. The customer service and security of Wells Fargo has alarmed me and I want everyone to be aware that this is the way they treat their customers. I will be closing my account as I don't trust it in their bank anymore. What's stopping my next card from being hacked? The bank isn't going to do anything clearly. Except try to place blame everywhere but on themselves when security should be their responsibility. I will be spreading the word and I hope you all do the same.

Most friendly staff I've ever interacted with at a bank! There's always a steady foot traffic in here, but no one's ever waiting too long!
