Mercedes the manager is not only rude but she is Prejudice. I am a young business owner who owns multiple business but she harassed me in front of customers claiming as if I had no proof I owned a company. You shouldn’t allow people like this to work at a bank that already robs people. I will not return here due to her.

Very clean and friendly place. John had very helpful, understanding, welcoming and friendly service and it was a good experience. He walked through every detail and made sure everything was clear and comfortable!

The teller Karen racially profiles her customers.I’ve been making cash and check deposits into a business account for the past 5 years at several BoA branches. I’ve used this location maybe 4 times since it’s close to home and sometimes I don’t have time to go to the bank by my job. 3 out of the 4 times I’ve dealt with an associate named Karen who always asks for my identification before even accepting my deposits.My deposit slips are issued from Bank of America corporate and have my companies account / routing number on it. So there’s no possible way to deposit it into my personal account. I earn 6 figures, I’m not going to defraud my company by depositing $23 into my account.Side note—I’ve worked with a Hispanic woman from this branch once and she deposited my company’s cash into our account no problem.—I told Karen that these deposits aren’t even going into my account so why do I need to provide ID. No other branch does this, no other teller does this. She tells me because it’s cash the system won’t let her. I tell her this seems suspicious but provide an ID.I speak with her manager and ask why I needed to provide ID. Turns out the system didn’t even ask for it. The manager is explaining to me that going forward it won’t happen again and the entire time Karen is interrupting.Karen really showed her true colors today. I’ll be forwarding this complaint to BoA corporate as well. People like this shouldn’t work with the public.

I called many times. They said three times that they would take my number and get back to me. they never returned. I haven't been able to solve the problem with my account for two weeks. a disgraceful place

I have never had a good experience at this BOA and will never return again. Every single time I am in there, there is an issue and the service is extremely slow. If you are making a single deposit they literally count every check individually one by one as if it’s 1950 which is why the wait time is generally 30 minutes at minimum. Every other BOA I am in and out in a second… they do the deposit and if there is a mistake they correct it. There is also always an issue . For example, once a deposit had the previous days date on the deposit slip as I didn’t get to the bank that day. They made a huge issue for it being the wrong date saying we can’t make this deposit . Seriously just change the date to today. Hello? This is not an issue at all. They are not friendly in the way they address the problems and there’s always always something wrong. By always, I mean I have never done anything in there that was smooth sailing . There is one lady who is never nice to me. Any issues that they present , I have gone to other locations for and they were not an issue at all. Also I never write bad reviews , unless the poor service is consistent and has really made my banking experience significantly harder than it should be .

this is the worst branch, i was physically there in person with my license and other documents but they wouldn't serve me because they had the wrong cell phone number on file for me which was THEIR error. i told them okay lets update the phone number and they tell me i need to make an appointment, lol really? this branch is trash, i refuse to make an appointment for something so stupid, i left and went to the hackensack branch and they fixed the problem in 5 minutes.
