The store manager Claudia was extremely helpful to locate a few things for me. She even googled an explanation to me to ensure I was satisfied with her response. Then she helped me check out at the counter and apply the coupons. Great customer service. Thanks

I work for a providers office. We didn't have any issues with this location until recently. I tried to call on behalf of a patient to discuss an issue with the pharmacist concerning their prescription, but the automated system refused to let me speak to someone. "For immediate service", I was urged to "download their app". Otherwise, we were required to leave a voicemail and they would call us back. I am calling from the DOCTORS OFFICE concerning a patient who CANT GET THEIR MEDS. I DO NOT have time to download every pharmacy's private app for this bull fecal matter. The fact that we were treated like this concerning a medical emergency is beyond unprofessional, I have never felt this much disgust towards an organization in my life. I would highly encourage anyone who actually needs medication to stay away from an organization who treats their medical needs in such a trivial manner.

The problem here is management does not care how rude or abusive their staff is, so no wonder Polly the pharmacist treats customers so badly. I have had several run ins with her but unfortunately the management not only does not return phone calls, but they allow her to continue her bad behavior and running her abusive mouth. I actually said thank you and she said you're not welcome. How her behavior has been allowed to continue is beyond me. Thankfully I don't care how difficult she is, I don't give up until she does what is needed, but I feel for the elderly and others I have heard her being mean to. She is not helpful, friendly or nice in any way and should be removed from that position. I have one prescription left at that pharmacy and I cant wait until I can switch to another pharmacy farther away but much more helpful and civil. I actually prepare for an altercation before I go because I know there will be one! Polly should be ashamed of herself and how she treats customers and doctors staff alike. My doctors ask for a different pharmacy because they get no response from POLLY! Cvs management should wake up and do something about the pharmacy dept in New Milford!

This used to be my go-to pharmacy; not anymore. I visited the store at about 9:20 PM on 12/15/2023 in search of deals on Cerave lotion and baby products. Unfortunately, being as overpriced as CVS is, there were no deals to my liking. I also took a quick gander down the candy aisle, but alas the Ferrero Rocher was also too expensive, so I left.As I walked out halfway to my car, I heard the voice of a lady calling out to me and motioning me to come back in the store (I already knew where this was going). The store manager LORENA asked me to 'pay for the things I took.' I proceeded to put my phone and cards on the dirty carpet and took out my two pants pockets and one sweatshirt pocket to show her that I hadn't stolen anything. She pressed me further asking if I was sure and I told her that I could strip down in case I needed to prove my point.This woman racially profiled me because of my skin color and my appearance (loose/baggy night time clothes). I called her on her unjust mistake and let her know that racially profiling is not okay. She made it worse by saying she was following me through the store (which I had not noticed), but exacerbates her pre-disposition towards me or people that look like me. She also said several times that 'she was just doing her job.'CVS, these are the types of people who are giving your brand a bad reputation; there is absolutely no room for racism, racially profiling someone, making stereotypical assumptions, or promoting misconceptions.I understand that shoplifting is an epidemic affecting many retail stores and pharmacies around the nation, but shoplifter profiling is not an effective tool, its simply racism in action.DO BETTER CVS. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME FURTHER.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, Bad attitude and no one will help no matter how much you ask. Wife was in extreme pain and was prescribed meds. Prescription fill was denied because of a insignificant technicality and was told they could not provide meds this is after she had been utilizing this location with same insurance company for years. We will no longer use this pharmacy for any prescriptions in our family going forward and I hope others take the same stand as this is an abuse of position on their part.
