Not a good bank. The customer service is lacking. Ever since the company changed from Hudson City to M&T, it’s been down hill. The Cresskill branch is the worse. The manager John Grimes made not attempt to follow through with his word. I had to call him 3 times to find he did not get any information on my account. New Milford branch did not change my address on an account I had for 10+ years. Which lead me to not receiving bank statements on my account. Extremely poor management and customer service.

Like the branch in Tenefly this older lady with glasses has a thing against counting $1.26 (mostly quarters) in change! Does anyone do what they're paid to do anymore?
