Terrible customer service and extremely disrespectful towards people. Went to return a package with my mother and was asked if there was any batteries. My exact words were “it’s a plug in there shouldn’t be any batteries”and then I showed the male behind the desk the side of the box where it says all the pieces inside and he then proceeded to treat me and my mom like a little kid because he asked me a “yes or no” question. I proceeded to say “it’s a plug in so NO” he then says it’s a yes or no question 2 more times after I told him NO multiple times. ALSO 2 years ago I also had an issue where I needed to tape one side that I missed on a box I was returning and I asked if I can just use his tape really quick cause it was right in front of him and it was just one piece I needed and I was told no. I ended up having to buy a whole roll for $10 just to use one piece.

The most horrific experience. The rude old miserable postal worker was so obnoxious and unhelpful. I hope my mail and package get delivered!

The mail people can’t be bothered to even deliver mail. They claim “unable to access delivery point” when they are too lazy to show up and do their jobs. The mail person didn’t even stop on my road an attempt to deliver any mail to anyone.

The post office should be closed down. The front desk lady is the rudest person I have ever met. She rolls her eyes and thinks no one understands how shipping works.

I did not get my very important mail from the government last Saturday and I reported it they did not do anything to help me out!! They are also rude!!

Elma is the WORST. She manufactures reasons to mess with the packages that I'm mailing and she's just plain RUDE. She should be fired. Ive never seen a more petty, distasteful person working at a post office. She is rude and I've seen her give false information to people - she clearly hates her job & I have no idea why she's allowed anywhere near the customers. I've been going here for 4 years and I try to avoid her at all costs. Johnson and Steve are great. Elma is the WORST!

Besides being so busy and no parking, I mailed something 2 days and it's been day 6 and no one can tell me where it is.Horror show!!!!!

I don’t know why this post office has gotten such bad reviews. Anytime I’ve went there they are always friendly & helpful. I will continue to use them.
