“This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail. I have not experienced his equal in any other branch. thx Adrain.”

“I am not a fan of banks. Too much bad service over the years. They aggressively pitch multiple services when you open your first account and the. they don't care about your business until it's too late. That said, I just had a fantastic experience at the branc on Main Street in Madison, NJ, and specifically with Debra Prezioso-Lefler. Many thanks for making what could have been an exceptionally stressful afternoon a breeze!!! I will also say that Wells Fargo does have consistently excellent customer service in the phone.”
“I recently opened a business account here and everything having to do with the experience was fantastic. When we walked in, we were greeted very warmly and attended to immediately. Quincy, who was the person who set up our account was efficient, professional and made the process very smooth. Everyone else in the office was very pleasant and even offered us lollipops.
