“This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail. I have not experienced his equal in any other branch. thx Adrain.”
“Great and quick ATM location for fast and easy withdrawals. I just wish they would someday allow cash and check deposits because my Santander Bank branch is kind of out of my way. Just a suggestion, otherwise, I love this ATM location! ☺️??”

“I don't give this Bank five stars because all of their independence ATM machines do not accept any sort of deposits. You can check your balance and take out cash but you cannot deposit anything into the ATM. Other than that, the bank offers zero fees on checking accounts as long as you use your ATM card at least once a month.”
