  Cordial, professional, accommodating, understanding, efficient, and effective CVS location. Pharmacy is run well, depending upon the pharmacist on hand, messages left for the pharmacy are returned promptly, and the front of store is stocked and clean, with items ranging from greeting cards, to vitamins and supplements, to cosmetics, personal care, groceries, refrigerated and frozen food items.

  Siddiqui was courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to assist me. Their professionalism and willingness to help made my visit much smoother and more pleasant. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and attention to detail.

  This is a regular CVS store and pharmacy but I would avoid the bald man. Am I a teenager who regularly shops here but is constantly followed around by this guy so I can never shop in peace. Seems like he is trying to “stop me” from stealing when I wasn’t planning to in the first place. Do better and treat every age with respect 💯 The fact that the manager replied with an automated response tells me that they are not a true community staple.

  CVS New Providence at 1260 Springfield Avenue is an all encompassing pharmacy, and store with groceries, cosmetics, refrigerated and frozen foods, snacks, and something for everyone of any age and gender. The staff is a delight- from the front of house to the sensational pharmacy department. The pharmacy has standout pharmacists with a delightful, cordial, and professional demeanor, providing empathy, which results in superior service, among the elite. The shelves throughout the front of sore are well-stocked, and perfectly organized. The staff could not be more pleasant and kind.
  
  This is a 5-star (FIVE STAR) CVS location. Why others have given the store poor reviews is mind boggling. If you want a nightmare pharmacy experience, take a drive to CVS’s Philadelphia Fairmount Avenue location and see the belligerent and rude pharmacy manager, Amna, and the unsupportive pharmacists that have no accountability, don’t care about how rudely they treat customers, do not return calls in an hour, nor respond to messages in the time required- both from customers, and CVS customer support. This is a POLAR OPPOSITE than the refreshing staff at CVS New Providence, NJ. The pharmacy staff is wonderful, led by a competent manager, at the New Providence location. CVS In New Providence, NJ sets a high standard for how all CVS stores should be operated.

  Went to pick up an online order at front desk after work. Employee at register was new (reported it was only his second week on the job) and by himself. He was calm, but certainly seemed overwhelmed due to understaffing. Employee was overall polite and honest about needing assistance with online order pickup process due to having minimal training. Was able to ultimately receive my items after doing some troubleshooting together on his handheld device to find my order. Other customers before my turn appeared frustrated due to line being backed up. I empathize with this employee and hope there is improvement in store management. Employee could benefit from additional support in staff training so he can feel confident and comfortable in running the front by himself during peak hours.

  Went here for a passport photo today 1/9 around 345-4p, It was busy, I understand, I waited patiently for the employee to rush the photos. The photos looked horrendous, she literally didnt even tell me when she was taking the picture. I asked if she could take another one and she straight up refused. Dont go to this CVS there is plenty of other CVSs in the area. no thanks horrible customer service.

  Absolute horrible service and rude workers. Woman scoffed at me when I asked for my photos and gave me attitude when she told me her printer wasn’t working.
