Everyone at Murray Hill goes above and beyond for your animals needs. From the front desk, back end, vet techs and ofc vets my dogs and myself are always greeted with a smile and lots and lots of belly scratches and love.
Dr. Pedro is so sweet with the dogs that they don’t even realize they’re at the vet.
I would recommend this facility to everyone with furry friends

The entire staff is amazing! Everyone is so nice with our dogs that they actually enjoy going to the vet now. They are so knowledgable and take the time to explain everything in such simple terms. The care they give to our dogs is above and beyond. It can get really busy sometimes, but on average we don’t have to wait too long for our appointments. There is plenty of parking.

The MH Vet staff went above and beyond showing compassion for my 19 year old cat leading up to and at the end of his life. I could not have asked for a better team of professionals to care for him and guide me during what was an incredibly difficult time. I will be forever grateful to the entire team. I wish I knew everyone’s name but a special shout out to Dr Irene and Dr Pedro.

My dog only see Dr Brody and he is kind thorough and honest . It’s easier to make appointment online than the phone but they do call back .

Thankfully they took my dog and I in during and emergency last minute and I was able to help us on a Friday evening. They’re my regular vet too and they are always kind and attentive!

All about money . Told on the phone it was 75$ for meds last month then the upselling happens face to face . You definitely need this , you definitely need that . The Bill was 400$ in this economy. Their responses even with all these negative reviews are created by AI.
It’s really a shame a business behaves in this manner . I will drive a extra hour to never go here again

The veterinarians here are good and kind, but the practice has become so frustrating to deal with in the past several years. For a recent check up that was scheduled a month before, we waited more than 30 minutes beyond the appt time. The people at the desk are usually so busy that they seem rude, or they never look up to acknowledge you. The exam was rushed, the vet released the dog without giving the shots and had to take him back to do that. Then the wait until the bill was ready was longer than I could wait. They finally mailed a bill, but when I called to pay it twice over the phone, I was on hold for 10 minutes before being hung up on! I'm think of leaving after almost 20 years of being a client.

I was initially so happy with establishing care for my dog at Murray Hill. We had a great experience with our vet for both our new client and follow up visit. However, every. single.time. I’ve called for a non-emergent question or appointment change, I’m put on hold forever. I’m currently writing this as I'm on hold for now 40 minutes for a prescription question. Not much a vet can do to help when they are impossible to reach. Seriously considering jumping ship.

A waiting room of dogs, cats, and even parrots, get warm attention from staff & other pet owners. Dr. Heacock, is also an avian specialist, treating my feathered flock as well pets covered in fur. The smiles from the staff there are a wonderful plus, as they render top notch pet care. Thanks!

I can’t begin to describe how supportive, understanding and professional the team are at Murrayhill. My two rescue Pittie-X girls have paid many visits to MH for wounds inflicted on each other (high prey drive, resource guarding despite all the training they’ve both had). Still, the team at MH intimately understand the daily challenges we have in providing our girls the best lives we can. I am so appreciative of the MH team, I cannot sing their praises enough! Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re all GREAT!!!
