I have a goal to be in the best shape of my life. I knew I needed to be challenged to achieve that goal. The Max Challenge New Providence hasn’t let me down yet. I feel myself getting stronger and having more energy. I’m excited for what the future holds!

Allison and the MAX challenge is unique and catering to each person’s own challenges. Although I have just started I feel energized and renewed self confidence. I was quick to sign up for their 10 week challenge program. The 45 minute fast paced routines are incredibly engaging. My only regret is finding about this amazing place so late. Thank you to all the instructors.

I have been in a plateau for about a month and decided I needed something to get the scale moving. I found out about the challenge on fb. The location is great and always clean. What I really like about this program is that they offer evening classes and there are different classes throughout the week for cardio and weights. The staff is also friendly and offer modifications when needed. Id recommend.

It's been a year I joined Max Challenge. I enjoy all the classes and like the way, the trainers motivate us to do better, each day is different at Max with challenging exercises which in turn make you fitter and stronger!!

I love the Max Challenge of NP! I have a yearly membership and go regularly. Workouts are at your own pace and there's never pressure of any kind but the trainers always encourage you to do your best. I like how they always give you modifications to excercises or alternatives if you are not able to do a particular excercise due to any reason. Great trainers, friendly staff, convenient location, good choice of class timings.

I love The Max Challenge! There are several time slots to accommodate any schedule before or after work, the instructors are all great and the classes are 45 minutes each…worth every second!

I came in to the Max not really knowing what to expect. I had always used a personal trainer in the past. This gym is so much more than I ever expected. The classes are fun and challenging. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. And the nutrition help was key to getting me back on track. I’ve lost 20 pounds, gained a ton of strength and endurance, and I feel better than I have in about 10 years.

I won a challenge 5 years ago, I really liked working out at 5 am before work. I worked at my own pace and built my strength as I went along. I then stopped a bit due to my work schedule. After i retired this past year I started back as a legacy member and feel so much better. I recommended the maxx to anyone, it’s a great workout and we have fun doing it!

I look forward to my workouts!! I can't recommend The Max Challenge enough. The PEOPLE make it!! Between the knowledgeable, approachable and fun trainers and the committed and friendly members, The Max becomes a community for all who embrace it. I am in my 50s and have more strength and stamina, and fewer aches, pains and injuries than I did a decade a go. Very grateful that I found The Max 5 years ago.

Life changing gym. They inspire they challenge they support most of all they believe in you and let you go at your pace. Instructors are awesome. I recommend anybody on the fence give it a try. It's not a gym it's not a scam it's not a fad. It a life changing experience

The Max Challenge of Nee Providence is a great place to work out. The instructors are great, the members are friendly, kind and supportive and the owners really care about their clients. I have been to a few different Max’s and New Providence is my favorite.

The MAX is the most amazing gym I’ve been a member of. I never enjoyed working out and now I genuinely look forward to going to the gym. The MAX is more than a gym- it’s a community- I’ve learned so much about nutrition and listening to my body to do what works best for me. I’ve seen some of the best results since I started working out here. Ive never been this consistent with my exercise and nutrition and I’ve made some incredible friends along the way!

I cannot say enough about The Max Challenge and the New Providence team. The members and trainers are very welcoming, and many have become friends.Getting healthy has never been easier. We motivate and show up for each other. Classes are rough, you will work hard, but time in class flies by. The trainers will help in providing alternate movement for those days your body is not quite up to it. Everyday is a new format, which keeps it exciting.Looking forward To meeting new members when the new year begins !!!

April 2022 I joined the Maxx to get back on track with my fitness goals. In my 1st 10/week challenge I achieved great results. The encouragement and support from (shout out to Sarah) along the way was amazing. All the staff there go above and beyond to make it a great experience at every class for their clients! I love the new friends I made !! The Maxx is such a positive environment to be in that you can’t help push that bit harder and aim just a bit higher!! Dulce #team2

Super supportive environment and total “no judgement zone.” Instructors at the Max are all about helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, whatever they are. All classes are aimed at all fitness levels, offered multiple times every week day, and over the course of a week, you’ll get a great mix of HIIT cardio and strength training. A 10-week challenge will get you 50 different workouts - no repeats, so it never gets boring!
