How unfortunate it is to leave this review. I wanted to so support this local business as I am one as well and love feedback and referrals from my community. Not only did I have to wait over 5 months to get the part I needed but once it was there had to wait 4 days after I dropped my car off for a simple repair. 🙃 my car was supposed take take one day once I dropped off. I dropped it off at 830am! I received no call that day for pick up. The next day I call in the morning and was told it would be ready by the afternoon and they would call. Never got that call so I call again. No answer. Called from another number and they immediately pick up and once they realized who I was place me on hold for 15 min. I was already on my way there. They never picked back up. Once I get there they proceeded to tell me that they are not God lol and that my car will now be ready until another 3 days!! I get things happen but when running a business I respect people's times and schedules. This man Ricky or Richard was rude had no respect and clearly didn't understand a thing I was trying to communicate. Save your time and go with a reputable business!!!!! Also they only take cash so that tells you exactly what kind of business they're running!
