Can't recommend Ace Copy and Abe highly enough. He was able to resurrect a much-loved more than 10-year-old Dell multifunction laser printer that we felt was superior to most consumer grade product currently on the market. And when his replacement parts distributor ran into shipping problems, he promptly re-ordered from another source to avoid further delays to us. It's nice to know there are still a few reliable, reputable service repair firms out there!

After having our Laser Brother Printer sitting in the office, we had no warranty because did want to deal with it. Then I found Brother Repair service near NYC. After calling Ace Copy, he took the time to find the part for the printer and got working like new! Highly recommend Ace Copy to for future printer repair needs

I was in the middle of of printing an important business proposal on my HP Printer and then suddenly my printer broke down. I called Ace Copy they responded very fast and fixed my printer in the same day. The technician was very nice too. Thanks for the great service Ace Copy!

It's crazy that I had to call a company in NJ to fix my Ricoh printer as everyone in LA wanted more than $400 to fix what I thought was pretty simple. They kept saying to buy a new one but I wasn't looking to spend over a grand again. I had a minor glitch that was going on with the printer that was not letting the screen turn on. Buttons seem to be working but the light for the screen seemed to have been what was causing the issue. I reached out to Abe at Ace Copy as one of my colleagues suggested to reach out to him as they bought there printer from him. The best part was he was easily way less than the other companies but the minor issue is I had to cover shipping costs. Not even a week later.. my Ricoh was shipped back and i just opened this bad boy and it's working.. Thank you Abe! It sucks I had to go out of my way to get something simple fixed but I'm glad I found a company like Ace Copy.

We're a doctor's office and highly dependent on our fax machine. This morning the paper was jammed and I was desperate for a repair visit as soon as possible. I found Abe at Ace Copy and he was in my office in an hour. The machine needed a good cleaning, and that's exactly what Abe did. I was back in business, and the cost was reasonable. He is an authorized repairman for Brother as well as a number of other brands. And as an extra bonus, he cleaned up the toner which leaked a bit. Highly recommended!!

I was having a lot of issues with my Brother all in one printer and wasn't able to print at all on it. I called Ace Copy and the person was very nice, seemed very experienced with my equipment. The technician came out the same day and fixed my printer its working great now; these guys are excellent I will definitely recommend them to all my friends.

I was having problems with my all-in-one printer, so I looked online and decided to call Ace Copy. I spoke with a person on the phone, which he was very courtesy and knowledgeable and gave me reasonable rates to repair my machine. That same day the technician came out to look at my machine, he was very nice, experienced, and informative. He fixed and cleaned my machine and it is working very well now. I am very happy that I called them and I highly recommend them to other people.

They don't call themselves "ACE" for nothing. Had my Epson Stylus Printer running again for an affordable price. I've wasted so much money in the past with other services that took a hefty payment (an "upfront/initial fee") & provided absolutely no results. These guys were determined to get my Printer fixed, up & running within a week. And it didn't cost me an arm & leg in doing so.

I called Ace Copy for a repair on my Ricoh and the technician was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. The price he quoted me was very reasonable and worth every penny. I would recommend Ace Copy to consumers now and in the future.
