The wait for the doctor to see the patient is very long, they make an appointment for one hour and attend to another time and they never send the patient's medication refills to the pharmacy.

Very good first experience. It felt hospitable- the nurses and admin staff were warm and agreeable. The doctor was engaging and relatable; had a listening ear and was clear in his conversation of service. Praying this is a consistent practice!
