“The ATM is in the hospital...You have to go through the main entrance at the building..You need to get a security pass and take the elevator to the 1st floor. The ATM is near to the Quality, Safety and infection control department. I hope this helps”

“This review is especially for Mark A. Cheatam however all the employees around him seemed equally component and polite. I was told by my Chase bank in Chicago that all I needed to do to raise my withdrawal limit on my debit card was to call the bank and have more in my account than I wanted to raise it by. So I call from the airport hotel getting ready to go over seas for 5 months. They transfer me 6 times and finally tell me I need to go to a branch to get my withdrawal limit raised. I'm in NJ. I don't know how many of you have tried to drive in NJ. If you are not from there it is such a nightmare. So we get a cab thinking this is going to be an in and out process of going into the branch and getting my limit raised, boy was a wrong. My banker was Mark A. Cheatam. The way he handled my case you would think he was the one leaving the country later that day. He stayed on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes and never lost his cool but also never settled for less than what I needed. At the end of our transaction he gave me his email address and told me that if I had any problems to just email him from over seas and he would take care of it. I felt so comforted to know that even from the other side of the world I had a contact to take care of me should things go bad while I was over seas. Thanks Mark!”

The bank teller was professional, friendly, and competent; any questions I had was answered quickly and accurately. “You know with most banking and business being done online, it would have been more than convenient for me to open up my Capital One 360 Savings online, in the comfort of my home. But sometimes you just need that face to face contact, to let yourself know that you are human, and this is how humans used to do business before the internet. Before apps. Before the phone. Yasidra was the reason I came in to Capital One and she is the reason you should go in as well. Customers sang her praise in the reviews online so I decided to go in to see for myself. I called earlier in the day and she was so patient on the phone. She said come in and she would help me. When I got to the bank she greeted me warmly. I had a nice cup of Keurig coffee and that warmed my spirits. She patiently walked me through the tablets prompts. I linked my credit card to my new saving , made a deposit, and was done in less than 15 minutes. All of my questions answered. What a professional. What a kind and sincere person she is. “Fast service. Customer servivr were very helpfull with getting some past statements printed out. Gets busy at 5pm, so I'm thankfull they're open late. I think the 800 line can learn a few from this branch.”

“I remember seeing the location while walking but never while driving as it's a bit hidden. I am glad it's here when I wanted to buy something and plastic wasn't accepted. My only beef is the traffic light waiting after you exit but that's not their fault.”
