Yasidra was the reason I came in to Capital One and she is the reason you should go in as well. Customers sang her praise in the reviews online so I decided to go in to see for myself. I called earlier in the day and she was so patient on the phone. She said come in and she would help me. When I got to the bank she greeted me warmly. I had a nice cup of Keurig coffee and that warmed my spirits. She patiently walked me through the tablets prompts. I linked my credit card to my new saving , made a deposit, and was done in less than 15 minutes. All of my questions answered. What a professional. What a kind and sincere person she is.
