Absolutely unacceptable — the U-Haul truck had broken brakes and I felt unsafe continuing the rental.
Instead of helping, staff insisted I drive it all the way back to NJ in that condition.
They failed to process my request as a one-way rental and then unfairly charged me $300.
This is a serious safety issue and a complete lack of responsibility from U-Haul.
I expect a full refund and a call from the manager to resolve this immediately

Got me in and out in under 20 minutes for a windshield chip repair. Great customer service. He told me it won't be perfect but its MUCH better than it was before. It should keep it from spreading.

This place sucks! I paid in advance for our glass. I was told it was in and to come by on a Wednesday. I showed up, no glass. I was told they would have it Thursday-Friday at the latest.
I made it clear that I needed it for work over the weekend and that end of the day Friday was fine.
Friday-they text me to let me know the glass was in.
It was not.
That’s 2 days of driving there during my working hours that I lost. I was reimbursed for the glass, but not my lost hours and now do t have a work truck for the weekend.
Thanks for nothing!

Great service!
Got my Sentra 2024 glass window installed today, and the whole process was very smooth. I called a few hours earlier and was told that they would have it available for the same day in the afternoon. The whole process took about 1 hour. Changed the glass + cleaned the pieces of glass in my car + received an amazing service.
Thank you to Alex, and the other 2 nice gentleman that worked on my car.

Dont go here they will fix ur glass but mess up every plastic part around the windshield when i told them about it they sait it was old n broke by itself but then i seen that they tried to fixed it with glue now my car has glue n i cant fix the parts because of them
