I've been using this pharmacy for 7 months now. I love it! Customer service is great. Whenever my doctors make any changes, the pharmacist calls me and asks me if I need anything shipped out that day. My medication also gets delivered to my front door the very next morning.

I'm a post transplant patient. For over a year I have received my medications from Bergen Pharmacy by mail. They have been very helpful and professional. In an emergency I can always get them to help me with medication. I highly recommend them and thank them for the service.

You’re cheating yourself if you don’t use Bergen Pharmacy.I had a recent health situation that forced me into using very specific medicine that was hard to find right away at cvs or Walgreens. They told me the wait would be at least 5-7 days. I was obviously scared and disappointed that I’d have to hold off from my treatment and felt hopeless.Then a friend suggested that I call Bergen Pharmacy. I was hesitant at first because I live in West Orange and thought it would be better to find something closer to my home but distance was never a factor in fact it was the exact opposite.In all my years of dealing with pharmacies this has been by far And away the most incredible customer service experience I have had. Not only were they able to have my meds in stock within 24 hours of order placement, they delivered them right to my door. In addition they included some items that I forgot to mention (alcohol swabs/syringes/syringe disposal box), even a duffel bag to secure the items). I was blown away!When your health is on the line and times feel very uncertain, having the support of a local pharmacy that actually caters to your needs is paramountI cannot say enough about this incredible experience. They will forever have my business and I encourage you to try them out. You too will be impressed at the level of service, professionalism, and competitive pricing.

Very polite, and thoughtful. My son needed his medicine, and fedex was running behind. The pharmacist needed up sending a driver for my son to receive his medicine. Thank you very much!!

My daughter's organ transplant center arranged for all of her post-surgery medications to be mailed to us from Bergen Pharmacy to be there when we got home from the hospital. I wasn't sure if I would stay with them after my daughter recovered, but it is so convenient. I'm not local to the pharmacy so medications are mailed to my house. Prescriptions are shipped out immediately so we get them in only approx 2 days. Now that I have my credit card on file they just charge the co-pay so it's fast. Only one time was there a delay from an issue but they sent a driver to bring it up to my house the same day. Very satisfied with Bergen pharmacy.
