My experience with them was horrible ,please avoid shopping there. They're over charging for there phones and aren't Authorized boost mobile partners anymore. Please do your research before shopping with them. I will be making a case against them with the BBB.

Very rude workers here. The guy had me waiting indefinitely for the manager who was doing personal business with a friend non the store. I asked about the wait time and was told to wait. I asked again after 19 mins to give me an estimated time frame. He said 1 hour wait. He just sat there picking his pimples without a care in the world. I knindly walked away.

Did not like the service! Came in today with my Bf to switch his sim card to his new Iphone he bought.. spanish lady with kinda red hair at the front was rude an had an nasty attitude!? didnt even try to help us. Looks like she didn’t wanted to be at work.. we ended up leaving to the boost mobile in Ferry st. Big difference!! They greeted us & helped us with what we needed!

The owner and employees stole money out my phone account doctored the paperwork to hide what they were doing to me and other people and being as tho they got caught I asked for my money back
