British Airways Galleries Lounge offers a convenient option for travelers flying out of EWR. Although some reviews note that the lounge can feel dated and crowded, it features a nice airy atmosphere with views of the runway. The lounge provides a limited but adequate food selection via a buffet, including breakfast items, a hot and cold buffet, and a small choice of desserts. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with some highlighting the nice selection of wines and Champagne available. However, there are concerns regarding the lounge's facilities. The shower rooms have been reported as out of service, and the washroom may be too small for the number of guests. Some visitors have experienced issues with temperature control, finding it either too cold or excessively hot. Opening times have also been inconsistent, leading to confusion for guests. Overall, while the lounge has its drawbacks, many find it a pleasant place to relax before a flight, especially with the support of attentive staff.
Staff were trying their best to server everyone despite the hot water not working which resulted in very limited capacity. It would be nice if BA could let customers know in advance so they can plan ahead

Very small First Class dining area. Food was ok but service was shocking: extremely slow and mishmashed (we got served fries with our dessert!). Not a patch on the Concorde lounge in Heathrow.

It is a nice looking lounge. Service and cleanliness was good. I arrived in the morning. The coffee was great. However my rating is low because the breakfast was extremely limited. There were no baked goods or yoghurt or cheeses… just the basic. With a premium lounge the expectation was definitely more
