Just had the most horrible experience,they have few registers open and made me wait for at least 2 hours and in the end they had no bags to carry the products, I had to leave without nothing,wait there for hours for nothing 😡😡😡😡

Add more cashiers during peak hours, such as evenings and weekends, to effectively reduce long lines and improve customer wait times. I usually dread shopping here, but they had one item I needed for my son's play. It's easy to waste an entire lunch hour waiting in line at this store.

It didn't have much of a selection for me personally they did have a few 5x items not much and I will mention often when I pass through the lines are extreme with short staffing but this day they had plenty and the line moved along escalator going down stairs was broken you had to walk down if you had cart the elevator was working so a plus but generally I expected alot more variety not impressed but appreciate the staff and the conditions they have to work in I bought a jacket for my son 70 it was a Carhartt so it was bad

You need more people working the cashier job. The lines is very long. Security was very kind to the customers. There is someone cleaning the area. Bathroom is very clean. I will not shop in the weekend. The prices on the clothing is reasonable. I will go back during the weekday.

They have like 25 registers with only 2 cashiers, if I could rate this store a zero I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Management is poor and incompetent, cashiers are extremely slow, rude, and seem forced to work there. Avoid this store at all cost, it should be shut down!

We waited for 1 hour and lign and people open the food and staff took a long time. 1 star and the security stuff was broken

U have to come early bc if not you will be on line for over 40 mins insane!! They have a great pack of hygiene/perfume items . Removed a star over long lines

Long lines and only two cashiers. The wait is ridiculous, make sure you have at least an hour to spend just standing in line. Really disappointing for a store this size

I’ve been to many Burlington stores and have to say Jennifer at this location in downtown Newark was the most awesome soul I’ve met in a while. Very helpful and polite
