I have an appointment at 10am because I tried to link my new chase bank card to Google Pay, but was unsuccessful. There were 2 different phone numbers listed in my account, but they weren't mine. I couldn't verify the account. I walked in 7 minutes early to the appointment. Every staff member was rude. The security guard looked like she wanted to tackle me when I told her I had an appointment. When you walk into a business you have money in, you want to feel welcomed not threatened. I have an appointment and I'm not a walk in. I like to be treated nicely. Staff is rude. I don't feel comfortable. Don't do business here.

Lack of parking and threats to be towed are annoying and make this location undesirable to visit.

I requested an important document that I needed as soon as possible. I was not able to obtain it with the branch so it was told to me that I had to recieve it by mail in 7 to 10 business days. I requested this document on June 20th, it is now July 3rd. I don't have another 10 days to wait for another document to be sent. This is very frustrating and I really wish there was better customer service.

Very friendly greeting. Minimal wait time. The bank rep I worked with, Mr. Torres was very insightful and helped all my needs.

The tellers are very nice and they help you with whatever you need.I like that they have security and they are nice and helpful.

Busy part of Newark. As is the driving/parking. Staff interaction with the customers though.. was very good. So much so, it caught me off-guard. Lol.

I don't go to the bank often but needed to today and was helped by Marlene who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A surprisingly pleasant experience at the bank.
