Very poor experience. I had an appointment to open a business account and when I got there nobody was there and we never got a call or message about it. Why let us schedule if they wouldnt be there. Very unprofessional and irresponsible bank

if you need to go in the window inside to do payment or deposit in person, forget about. they don't stays there. if they are there, they are talk to each, other and don't look at you. there's a woman ho works there she is o the phone texting message all the timeeee, one look ate the computer 2 look at the txt msg..... How come? please need some answers. besides this the others worker's are good. those in the office are nice and good workers

I am very grateful to have chase as my bank, my branch is at 151 ferry street in newark, everyone is very kind, the security guard who works there is very polite and does his job very well! always concerned about our well being. Fernando was the person who gave me the service and support about my account, it was a very good experience, thank you chase bank thank you all the staff.
