The branch manager at this location is absolutely disrespectful. Even after booking an appointment I was made to wait 40+ mins and even after that there was nothing. So I just left and went to TD bank instead where appointments are actually honored unlike this bank/location.

I had a great experience at this branch. Kiana was very professional and helpful. I was having a rough morning dealing with Citi bank’s customer service over the phone, so I decided to come into the branch instead — and I’m so glad I did. Kiana helped me quickly and efficiently, and I was in and out in no time.
