Started out great and very attentive,had a closing period of first week of September then wouldn't return phone calls,never received my appraisal that I asked for 10 times.In Oct underwritter requested some answers,got him what he asked for and finally in Nov. Recieved an email sent from underwritter that he would not do loan.Which is fine but just the way the representative wouldn't call me or anything or no phone call to explain anything was very disheartening...hard to understand how it went from your pre approved with a 2.7٪ rate to no not approved...very disappointed with the level of customer service

This is the only Columbia Bank branch with NO outside ATM access or debit card entry swipe machine for after hour use. It is 2020 what bank does not have that feature? If I wouldve known that I wouldve never opened a business bank account with them, I wouldbe chosen another local bank in downtown Newark. I have been calling and asking for months when are they going to fix the issue so ppl can access after bank hours! Its so frustrating having to drive to Linden when I live in Newark!
