Going to this place in Newark has been terrible the wait time is 5 hours which is ridiculous what's even worse now is the parking lot how can you have all these reserved spots and patients cannot park there and you have a white Ford pickup truck that waits until you park and put a boot on your car it's not fair for people who comes down there for treatment and they have no place to park whoever came up with this you have no respect for the patients or staff and as soon as I find the email for corporate I will be sending them an email about this parking lot in the terrible waiting time ?

I was there for a drug test and physical for a new job. I was told this was a walk in service only. I showed up before they opened and was the first one there. It took them 2.5 hours to see me. The whole experience took 3.5 hours. Concentra Newark is a disorganized mess and I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

Customer service was okay. The lady at the reception attended to me well and made me feel welcome. But the lady who carried out the test in the lab also did well but was a little but unfriendly. Above all, the service was good and quick.Thank you

If I could give this place a zero I would. I will never ever step foot in this place again . 5 hours for a simple work physical and blood work is beyond crazy. These people are so disrespectful with your time. If your wait times are so crazy why not tell people when they walk in! If I would have known the wait was so long I would have left right away. I even heard them talking and laughing about there crazy wait times . Disgusting place. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Never ever again.

Bad attention, from 10am to 3pm, I was here waiting for me to register, see the doctor and give me the papers... Terrible. All the people wasting time. Very bad attention

This place was full at maximum capacity, there was people standing by the doors outside. After waiting for more then one hr i decided to ask ar the font desk if they haven't call me. Secretary with an attitude said no I don't think so. Without asking me my name or last name. I was there for 5 hrs. Long story short they check me out with seen me for a fit test. No one apologized or explained me what happened I was able to hear them talking about it. No HEPPA.. the only one who showed some empty was the technician she was very friendly and helpful.
