This pharmacy is the worst. They take forever. They are so rude. The girl at the counter made me wait over half an hour to tell me that I have to call to get a new prescription because they somehow changed it without my authorization and then tell me that the prescription is expired. This is probably the worst pharmacy from all CVSs.n

Worst experience here. I had to go back amd forth in the afternoon because initially, the Pharmacist told me that there was no order received. The order was done in the morning.Then after almost half an hour, I received a text message that 1 of the medications was ready to be picked up. At the counter where I bought some stuff for my wound and a couple of vitamin supplements, there was an error on the kiosk, so I had to ring the buzzer for the staff.. Then the cashier/staff went to me looking at her watch and seems annoyed. When I came back tot he pharmacy to pick up my medications, the Pharmacy tech icuan kept on roaming around, doing nothing, while 1 customer was standing in front of the cashier. Both male senior customers stated: " She looks like she doesn't wanna work!" When there was a long que already since the staff kept on taking her time just doing nothing. Then when most of us were talking already, that was th e time she started "working". This is the worst experience today at CVS Chestnut Street. I am planning to change to another pharmacy. The other day it was great when 1 staff asked me about the purchase I made, since she told me her mon is coughing and she wants to buy something for her mom to feel better quick. And I have given her advices. This is regarding herbal remedies. That time I can give her 5 stars for being nice. But today, the staff at CVS are all nonsense. just saying......

Store was very nice, helpful. The pharmacy was rude and condescending. Went for my flu shot but decided to go to another of their pharmacies where I'll be treated with the same respect I give

It depends on location. Some untidy and a mess, others are emasculate. No consistency from CVS District Management. Maple Court Mall 4 out of 10. Ferry St. 6 out of 10. Go take a look for yourself.
Pharmacy Dept.has taken a turn for the worst. Rude and abrupt pharmacist, Tech. and counter personnel unfriendly.

Was in the area and visited this location for the first time. This is a very well maintained store.There ate staff available to assist and answer questions. I had an exchange(I bought the wrong item), and it couldn't have been smoother. I would definitely recommend that you shop here
