This CVS location needs to be shut down. It’s unorganized, understaffed. Pharmacy side is worse. I come in because I received a text my meds were ready. They tell me they are not?!? Have to wait. The pharmacy staff is loud and unprofessional. They should do a rite aid or Duane read.

The attention is terrible. In the “pick up” area, the people who serve are delayed, they start talking to each other and after waiting in line for more than 40 minutes they tell you that your medicine is NOT ready and that you should wait. Taking into account that the medicine was sent 5 DAYS AGO.

We just had a bad and ugly experience with the manager he’s name is Sonny and of I tried to call HR and is no answer.
Very nasty person , how CVS can hire this person.

If zero stars was an option I’d select it. Pharmacist rejects my physical script for antibiotics because “he’s backed and doesn’t have time or want to type the script into the system”. If you don’t want to do your job just quit as the details of incompetence do not interest anyone. Uphold the oath and code of ethics that pharmacists abide by.

Very bad service with CVS vaccination appointments. They should check the availability of the vaccines before giving a confirmation to the appointment.

I got to the pharmacy at 7:42 pm and I was told I had to wait in the drop off line to update my insurance so he takes 3 people and purposely takes his time its about 7:54pm and he tells me that I have to come back tomorrow and I said I can't I need my medication tonight I have work and if he knew he only was going to take 3 people he should've said something sooner I wasted my time and now I have to suffer even longer without my medication I'm highly disappointed and disgusted because I always use this pharmacy and this is the only time I've had this issue I also put on the app that I needed to be contacted to update my insurance and after I left I received a cal and they hung up as soon as I said hello

I called in for a mediation but there was complications with the medication and the guy told me there’s other medication that’s like the other one that was having complications and he said ( WELL YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MEDICATION!) assuming like I was broke and couldn’t pay when I most definitely can pay because that’s not a problem over here! Worst cashier in the world works here; she doesn’t ask the right questions and is horrible at communicating; please make sure you get your receipt and check your account for rewards because she isn’t going to ask you if you have the app, or if you have any rewards. I don’t know how people like this get or keep jobs where they have to deal with the public.

The pharmacy provides subpar service. They do not take any calls from the medical team or customers and they do not return voice messages. Their service sucks and their business should include customer satisfaction which presently is of no importance.

The store itself is fine. The Pharmacy is a completely different story. Run, do not walk, and find a different pharmacy.
I went in to pick up prescriptions for a friend. Promise times for prescriptions not kept (not for hours), getting an attempted dismissal and flippant response for asking if you don't know, can you ask someone how long I have to wait. I plainly stated that this is ridiculous (twice). At this point, I sat down in the Waiting Area. We had a staring contest before he finally did ask someone. It took less than 20 minutes to fill. I was there for approximately 50 minutes, when I was supposed go in, pickup prescriptions, and leave. The next day, I find out that they did not have 1 of the prescription but did not bother to tell me that. Just never mentioned it at all. 🤦🏾♀️ So, save yourself, and go to a different pharmacy.

Unprofessionally run pharmacy with poor management. They don’t return calls from voicemail and will not answer questions unless they return the call. They have no clue about correctly and effectively processing insurances and have made me wait weeks for prescriptions. Will not be returning

If there was a reward for the worst CVS in America, I truly believe this one would win. The pharmacy gives me a problem every single time. Every single time I have to go talk to the pharmacist, either to be told they don’t have what i was prescribed, it was on hold, they need to alternate it etc. I try to be patient and understanding because CVS’s are notoriously understaffed and underpaid. But there’s always a long line. There was two times where I spent TWO HOURS in this CVS waiting for them to fill my prescriptions. Another time they told me they didn’t have the pill capsule form but they had tablet form, then they said they didn’t have the tablets either! It’s just horrible when you’re standing there sick, surrounded by other sick people, and you have to wait 30mins-2 hours to maybe not even get what you were prescribed. I don’t drive so this is the closest pharmacy to me but I’m just going to switch and take the bus to a different one from now on. I can’t take it anymore.

They close the pharmacy from 1pm to 2pm for lunch. If you call the pharmacy it is very difficult to get someone on the phone. This place is very busy, if everything is on auto order it is very good. If any changes happen be ready to have patience.
