Today, I called the pharmacy to ask if I could take my daughter for a flu shot. The lady asked if I could go the next day, and I told her I could not go, but I would go to a different pharmacy. She told me I could come in.
We got there at 4 PM, and when it was 4:30pm I asked how long time it would take. The lady was very nasty and told me, “ That’s why I don’t like to take walk-ins, as you can see it’s only me and another attendant here. You come 5pm and we are busy. I will attend someone else and after that I will see if I can help you. If you want to wait it’s fine, if not there’s nothing I can do.”
I told her to cancel it and I left.
Worst customer services ever!!!!!

I have to say this pharmacy isnt really organized. The manager is not professional and I suggest she makes some changes especially with the way she does her job/manages her employees.

The entire pharmacy department is well run. I get text notifications for refills, I get calls if there's an issue with my insurance, they're super friendly and service isn't snail slow like a lot of pharmacies out there. Maybe it's because of the location. It's a little gem tucked away on a local street of the ironbound.
