I only go in here occasionally if I really want a snack. They up charge like every convient store. Only bad part are the hours... this store closes way too early.

24 hours. Use the back access at night. Has a lot more than you can imagine. Sells sandwiches as well. Little bit over priced

Service is not great. No price posted and some employees are rude.

Best sandwich in Newark so far! This is much better than Subway and it's right here. The only negative is they are super slow and not very friendly, but it's a convenience store, so can't expect too much. Their sandwiches are really worth the wait though!

I went to the University Ave store in Newark, NJ where I bought a tea and there were no cup sleeves. I used two cups (one in the other) to prevent myself from getting burned. The guy behind the counter who was trailing me (maybe he was just making sure I knew how to make my tea) and earlier said "we have no cup sleeves", was about to charge me for the second cup. I reminded him that there are no sleeves available and I was only using the second cup to save his store from possible liability. He insisted on charging for the cup so I left the tea and my sandwich order on the counter and left. He told me I was banned. To corporate/franchise owners...If staff cannot maintain inventory and are exposing your store to possible liability and have the ultimate reaction to ban a customer who points this out, you should probably take a closer look. I don't mind not going into that store ever again, but that worker (he said he was the manager) should recive training on 1.Profiling; 2.Inventory Control; 3.Safety; and 4.Customer Service. I'm waiting to hear from corporate (I suspect this may be a franchise store, but I'm sure the big boys may want to hear about how their brand is being run). Will follow-up here on what they have to say.
