The worst ever.the service was awful unprofessional condescending and immature . I don’t recommend anyone to go there at all . My items was messy when delivered also balloon was inflated 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 I’m so disappointed trying to send my parents something special smh

I tried to make an order for an edible arrangement for a birthday through the edible app which didn’t not go through , no confirmation number was provided, even a message of card invalid showed up on the screen when trying to make the order. So I decided to order it through the website since the app didn’t work appropriately. Long story short, the first order went through. And both edible arrangements were sent, employees didn’t not follow up with me to double check on possible double orders since both orders of similar edible arrangements were made of similar price (3-4 dollar difference) for the same recipient ,same address and were delivered at the SAME TIME. Now they don’t want to take the responsibility that they charged me of an order that I didn’t get a confirmation number after I explained what happened. I consider that they are not caring enough of issues like this can happened, I didn’t get a confirmation number at all. They ok to charge me how they did. They Don’t want to do a refund nor a store credit. Please be aware.

This store is terrible. They don’t answer the phone when calling and they don’t update delivery status. I would not recommend ordering from this location just save the hassle. Please do better. This was not a good or smooth experience.

I had a great experience at this Edible store! I stopped by to pick up some chocolate-covered strawberries as a gift and was assisted by Ashley, who provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The store was clean and well-organized, and the quality of the strawberries was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They was rude my wife was looking for fruits without chocolate on them because I’m a diabetic and they told her they don’t make any without chocolate which I know they was lien when my wife asked to see the menu the girl with glasses didn’t want to give her one and said they only make chocolate covered fruit

Ordered a last minute flowers and Chocolate covered fruits for my wife at 10:00 AM on 11/11/24. Called the store and spoke to a very nice lady, named Ashley. She helped me with this order and was wonderful and understood I needed to have these delivered today by 1:00 PM to surprise my wife on time before she leaves for work. Then Sofia the delivery driver came through around 12:10 PM to deliver the surprise. Very Happy customer, and even happier wife. Thank you Ashley and Sofia from Edible Arrangements Newark, Raymond Blvd. You all are Stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟!

This is horrible. My husband passed on 11/4 and my mom that lives in Florida ordered a sympathy fruit basket and this is what they delivered. Rotten bananas. It looked like if they stopped at supermarket and just threw the fruit in a clear plastic bowl. Do better 🤬

i love going to this place! the desserts are really good, a little pricey, but good. This one employee named Ashley was really polite and sweet, very good customer service indeed. if you do plan on going request Ashley to help you!

VERY RUDE!!!
1.All I did was call and ask about the delivery process and timing the first lady was very rude and just kept repeating herself.
2. A 2nd Lady called me from same location and basically got even more mad and offended that I even called speaking loudly and obnoxiously just because the website changed my delivery option.
3. I left a message online then received another phone call with a polite female but it seemed she only was interested in addressing the money factor part of delivery not the fact that not 1 but 2 employees were very rude to me for no reason. I put through a lot of orders with this company and never experienced anything like this. This location needs training Hence the reason for their 3.5 average review score.
4. 3 employees not one of them asked how can we help, not one asked what's the problem or how can we make it better no solutions were offered. I hope this isn't the new norm of customer relations
