“I don't trust many of the retailers on ferry street but this store earned my trust and business. they gave me good advice, information and solutions to my problem. the young man working the counter knows his products and gives sound recommendations. the tech working alongside also seems honest and knowledgeable. I didn't have to return to this store once I found they didn't have the solution to my problem that I preferred, but i was glad to return to them and buy some products for the phone I ultimately had to purchase elsewhere. more importantly I didn't feel they were ripping me off like many stores here do.”

“I called at 7:30pm, rushing. They close at 8pm. I didn’t make it till 7:50pm. They managed to get me together. Very Knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly staff. They hooked me up with the best phone screen. Added a screen protector and phone case at a discounted price. My phone is life brand new. Fastest and most efficient service.10/10. Def recommended”

I stopped in the store and even though I have Verizon the helpful employees Stephanie and Heil both were so nice and willing to help. They looked up directions to a near by Verizon store and even got my phone back on. I’m truly great full for their Professionalism and kindness.”

“I needed a good Battery bank for my flight and this store had exactly what I needed. The head phones were out for demo. Picked up a nice pair with noise cancellation. Crying babies on board were no match. They were much more expensive than Amazon, but I had no time for that. I'm not sure what their hours are on weekends. They have decent laptop and carry on bags.”
