I had a very unpleasant experience at this agency, I picked up the car at the agency and they told me that I could leave the car at my destination even if it was closed, leaving the key in the box, without any extra charge, they just called me saying that I They will charge more than $350 from my account for having used two extra days when I didn't. I am very disappointed and angry at how they take my money without having used the car those days, I feel assaulted! No more with that company.

I had an outstanding experience with Alex at this Enterprise location. I was in and out of the location - driving away in my rental in 5 minutes tops. Alex was very knowledgeable and approachable. Even though he seemed busy when I walked in, doing paperwork and doing a walkthrough of the car took no more than 3 minutes total.I also did an after hours return, and it was much more convenient and simple than I originally expected. I dropped off my rental at 4am, and I got a confirmation email by 8am saying that my vehicle had been returned successfully with no complications.Being next to Newark Penn also makes getting back into Manhattan a lot more straightforward than other enterprise locations. All of these things make me very likely to come back to this specific Enterprise location the next time I'm looking to rent a car. Thank you, Alex for being ready to answer any questions I may have had!

Latin type mass. Different than most catholic mass since Vatican 2. It went on for almost 2 hours.You will enjoy but just be prepared for a long mass with the priest turning their back to the congregation. Very passionate and attention to detail.

Staff in this enterprise is racist. Made me stand for one hour and still didn’t provide me with a car because I was 3 minutes late and gave other person a car and he was an hour late for his reservation.

Adam was friendly, polite and provided expert customer service. The only negative was that the rental was expensive and more than I was quoted online. Enterprise is my go to rental company.

Never ever trust and plan your trip . I have renewed my license and they gave me temporary ‘til renewed license arrive but enterprise DID NOT ACCEPT GOVERNMENT ISSUED DRIVER LICENSE INTERESTINGLY!!!!

The customer service is horrible. We were mentioned to come as early as possible since the person wanted to get out of work asap. We then came an hour early and were made to wait. Very horrible experience and would love to move to any other available car rentalsz

As a platinum member I received extremely poor service from the Starr who was the front desk clerk on 6/29/21, usually when I come to this location I have no problems, but this day she was left alone and was not knowledgeable enough to work the system so I to transfer my reservation over to the East Orange location where I was able to get a car without any issue

DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! BEWARE!!! This was the worst enterprise rental experience ever! They gave us a dirty car that took almost an hour to get because they only had one person working. They lack customer service skills and organization completely. The location was dirty and no one had on a mask. After getting the car a day later the filter replacement lights, oil change, and transmission lights came on! The car wouldn't drive over 50mph! We had to take the car to a local place to see what was going on, because enterprise never answers the phone! And they said the car had been in an accident and needed severe maintenance. Not only did we have to fight with enterprise to get a new rental they showed no empathy to us or the situation! And we had small children on vacation with us. This place literally gave us a unsafe car for me and my family to drive around in! Please do not support this location they are terrible!

Your best bet would be avoiding this branch. In nearly 18 years of renting cars, and in more than 26 years of driving, I've never had an accident. Not. Once. However, the day after I returned the car, I was informed that I had been in an accident and damaged the car. Well that was news to me. The agent and I did a cursory walk around the car before I left the branch to drive home; this was perhaps my fault that I wasn't more attentive, but I had just gotten off a trans-Atlantic flight and had a five hour drive ahead of me. I've never filmed that part of the rental process, but you can bet I will from now on. I was informed that there was a damaged bumper and scrapes along the passenger side. I noticed neither of these. But again, no accident on my end and I didn't leave the car even for a minute.So, renters beware. I'd have rented from the Airport location, but they did not have any one-way rentals available. I'm absolutely furious about this and will do what I can to avoid Enterprise moving forward.
