You buy a product (pay by card), they don’t give it back, they pack it in a bag and say that you will receive it when you board the plane. The transaction cannot be cancelled. That is, if the flight is delayed or they simply forget to bring it to the check-in counter, then you lose money! And no one will return anything to you.
