Came here for gas and they take my money only for there not to have the gas.. was told that it was a hold and that funds would return after 5 mins to an hour.. here I am 3 days later.. avoid this place ..

Literally worst experience I've had here. Maybe new management I don't know what but worst service ever by the guy at the counter. Chubby middle eastern guy. Paid for my gas inside and he took my payment. Doesn't say anything to me so I go to my pump and see no attendants so I try to pump my own gas, no problem I've done it before. Sure enough the system doesn't start and when I ask the now appearing attendant (nice guy he just wasn't around for a solid 5minutes) he asked for my receipt to which I stated I threw away but I can show the purchase from my bank app. Cashier guy says "That's not what we do here you need to go in the trash and get it" FIRST OF ALL any business that says that should be shut down, that's a insane thing to tell someone. When I tell him no and offer to show my banking app he says "Your not from here" then I tell him"you've taken my money I can just call my bank and start a claim against you or you can give me the gas i literally just paid for" then surprise surprise he asks my last digits of my card and very easily he prints out another receipt. All that awful customer service he decided to grace me with and he was maybe 4 taps away from just printing a fresh receipt. As someone who literally only gets their gas from Exxon and has been going to this one for years I can say worst team they've ever had. Go anywhere else but not here.

Filthy location, panhandler @ door, gas attendant ask for my card pin @ the pump in order to pump the gas then ask I go inside. No I don't give him my pin ??

Only come here because of their distance from my house. Half the time they don’t have a gas attendant working and u have to pump ur own gas. SMH! Exxon needs to help this franchise owner

This is a horrible place to buy gas due to a very poor customer service and extremely rude gas attendant. Especially d petite dark dude at d gas pump on Saturday evening of 10/30/21. He's gonna chase away a lot of customers by his arrogant and nonchalant attitude.

Horrible to go to especially at night! You have at least 4-5 different people asking for money as soon as you park the car! One wants to clean your headlights another wants 35 cents and the other wants to buy a cigarette from you with no money lmao! Ridiculous that you can't go there and not be bothered
